“The Siouxland Community Foundation has left an indelible mark on the region through its stewardship of the United 232 Scholarship Fund.  Since the inception of the fund in 1999, nearly 600 young men and women have been awarded scholarships enabling them to pursue a career in a health-related field.  We are particularly appreciative of the Foundation’s support of the 25^th anniversary observance of Flight 232 as the community creates a fitting memorial to an event that defined this region we call Siouxland.”

“The Siouxland Community Foundation administers the Kind World Foundation Scholarship Program in the Siouxland Community.  They have  given me so much this past few months. Not only have they given me support, but hope to keep on going with my life-long dreams. In all honesty, I had given up all hope for my dreams of receiving my education at a 4-year university due to my financial problems. Nonetheless, this considerate organization helped me get back up and I cannot thank them enough. Seriously, I can’t. I truly appreciate what the Kind World Foundation does and I cannot wait to fulfill my dreams and give back to all of my community.”
